THE
VISION
These
days there is no ‘regional’. But despite globalisation and
international air travel, the markets, resources, and the knowledge and
skill to exploit them may not always be in the same place.
Our
aim is to use the resources of nascent industrial states (such as the
new ‘G20’) and couple them with the engineering skills of Britain
and the European Union – software, documentation and shopfloor
experience – to help build the economies of all involved.
The
hope is to bring together software applications, design standards and
shopfloor skills from the UK and EU in an effort to integrate analysis,
design and fabrication technologies for use in outside markets. With the
connections already established there, the starting point will be India.
